PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order items will display their expected stock arrival date. Orders containing both In-Stock and Pre-Order items will ship together when the Pre-Order becomes available.

- Missing order confirmation?
Check your spam/junk folder. If unavailable, you may view order status via your account. - Order not dispatched?
Processing may experience slight delays during peak periods. We prioritize dispatching all orders promptly. - International order delays?
Some international shipments may face customs delays beyond our control. Most arrive within 10 working days. - Tracking my order?
Tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. Account holders may also check order status online.

DELIVERY
- UK: Free standard delivery for orders over £50. Options include:
- Royal Mail Saver (£4.99, 2-4 days)
- Next Day (£5.99, orders before 3pm).
- International: Delivery times vary by region (7-21 days). Customs fees may apply.
RETURNS
- Window: 14 days from delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, tagged, and in original packaging. Sale/Customized/Vintage items are final sale unless faulty.
- UK Returns: £3 deducted from refunds. Exchanges are free38.
- International Returns: Customers cover return shipping; original postage costs non-refundable36.
